THIS is the guy you want. Quick response, courteous, professional, reasonable and extremely competent. Louis removed a large yellow jacket nest that was under a pile of wood, removed all the wood and replaced it after he took the nest and didn't charge a dime more to do all that extra work. I can't speak more highly of him.
